How we work
At S.J.Holmes our first contact is to meet with the client, discussing general ideas, offering advice and enhancing those ideas. We then take a detailed scaled sketch of all relevant points within the garden as our platform to create the quotation and design.
The second stage is to generate a scaled drawing to show how your ideas and our experience combines to create your future project, from which we can discuss further tweaking if necessary enabling the final process of a finished design with detailed written quotation.
At this point we invite customers to view recent projects enabling us to show off our workmanship and offering the client to maybe view a material of there choice in a garden setting.
Our final discussion is a schedule of works including date, payments and time scale for project.
As a company we strongly believe in providing complete customer commitment once project has started, and the bases of this is to only carry out one project at a time and not starting another project until completed in full.
